I need a logo! I will be using it for branding on *everything*--a brand new web site, blog, pdf files, biz cards and other printed materials, etc. Hopefully this does not violate the contest guidelines??? Doesn't everyone use their logo on everything? I don't need all of that stuff designed, I just need the logo :-)
Logo should be Vector based.
I am a Wedding Photojournalist in the US. What is that? Look at my recent blog entry for clear information and resources. I make storytelling pictures of real people and real moments. Think "natural" and "organic" not fake or artificial.
I like logos that integrate the initials of a persons name or company. You don't *HAVE* to use my initials, but given that my company name is my own, and I'm branding *ME* it makes sense to do so. Send me a PM if you would like me to direct you to some specific examples of stuff I like. I don't want to post other photographers web sites and logos here as that may not be cool with them :-)
Remember, I'm a photographer, so I'm looking for something eye-catching.
I'm sarcastic and funny. How does one capture that in a logo???
Not sure how to put this...... I'm a dude, so I don't want something feminine, but most potential clients will be educated women in their 20's and 30's. So it needs to represent ME, but I want it to be attractive to my audience/clients/customers (duh, I know)..... Warm and fuzzy, but not too girly. Does that make sense?
My color scheme details are listed--please use these colors for my logo :-) I'm not sure how exactly I will change the color scheme on my new web site, BUT I want to design my site around my logo and branding, NOT the other way around. That said, look at creative motion design #26 and #22. I will most likely use 26 as my template. I will have a splash page, too.
You do NOT have to use these exact colors; close is ok. Think Royal Purple and gold. I know yellow can be problematic, but if used well it can work.
Feel free to explore 3D designs as well.
