Wine and grapes are at the center of our hotel's and restaurant's identities as well as that of the town, Grapevine, which is host to the largest wine festival in Texas. Our restaurant is named after Bacchus, the Roman god of agriculture, wine and fertility. Often confused with Dionysus, Bacchus represents the same symbology and myths, as Bacchus is the Roman version of the Greek god.

Adjectives to describe the restaurant: cultured, welcoming, bold, wise, well-traveled.
It shouldn't be too serious nor too literal while at the same time we want to stay away from anything that doesn't come across as high-end.
Ideally, the logo is sleek, minimalist, and elegant.
