Mio Modo is a fast CASUAL restaurant concept offering a fresh, healthy, and affordable dining experience. The concept can be thought of as a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. The brand is built around the following primary features:
Simple, fresh, delicious Mediterranean entrees and pita sandwiches
Food options that can be customized to suit individual preferences
An “eat better” orientation that is loaded with wholesome and healthy foods
Affordable price points, between fast food and casual dining restaurants
The name “Mio Modo” roughly translates to “my way” and reflects the fact that customers can customize their meals to suit their tastes. It’s also part of the larger restaurant positioning around “eating better” and will serve as a gentle reminder that our bodies prefer certain foods to perform optimally and stay healthy. The concept is part of the emerging fresh, casual, healthy restaurant segment that is sprouting up across America.
I'd like to explore the following colors:

Some inspirational quotes I'd like to share, see below. I'd also say that, historically, positioning a restaurant around eating healthy and having a focus on diet and health was taboo. My goal with Mio Modo is to show how great tasting food can co-exist with food that is absolutely good for you. This will be communicated in a subtle way but is central to everything we do from sourcing organic and sustainable foods, designing recipes simply but with thoughtful combinations that, along with proper preparation procedures, allows for optimized flavor, texture, and nutrition. We think there should be more "eat better" places like Mio Modo and fewer traditional fast food places. We're taking a stand for the people, trying to make a difference in the lives of everyday people. Colin Campbell], Quote #3: “Western diets” are the primary cause of “western diseases”. Heart disease, diabetes, and most cancers are virtually non-existent among rural Chinese populations [The China Study].
