Mosaic provides turnkey, fully furnished and equipped, individual salons to well-established personal care professionals such as hair stylists and estheticians.
From a design perspective Mosaic provides the ambience and cache of a very high-end salon: a beautiful lobby, top quality furniture, fixtures and finishes. From a functional perspective each tenant is provided everything needed to operate a turnkey salon. Suites are equipped with a styling chair, a shampoo station, premium cabinetry, slot wall display space, mirrors, full-spectrum lighting, in-ceiling stereo speakers, broadband and television connections. Shared space includes changing rooms, onsite laundry and a break room.
