Non-profit org corporate logo redesign

Umbrella non profit organization needs to clearly delineate all sub-organizations under its aegiis. We had in mind to create the logo as a sun, with each ray a different color. The name of our organization, Oorah, means "Awaken" in Hebrew, so the sun is a fitting icon. However, we are open to other ideas.

Oorah was founded 25 years ago as an outreach organization that educated jewish children about their heritage. It has since grown into a large corporation with many idfferent branches. Each branch is identified by its color, so we would like to create a logo to reflect this.

Probably a sun, but have fun with this idea! Be original!

- A star of David
- A whole sun (meaning, we need to have either PART OF or MOST OF the sun, but not the whole shape.)
- "dot org" should NOT be part of the design.
