My girlfriend and I are individual investors in Seattle, USA. We are buying a 60-unit apartment complex to own and manage, and plan to have several others in the next 5-10 years.
We are young (20s and 30s), we both have years of Fortune 500 experience, but wish to branch out with our own autonomous, agile, efficient company.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We plan to run a well-kept, attractive, and modern building -- in sharp contrast to the plethora of sagging old apartment buildings commonly seen.
We intend to provide more and charge more. We are not the type to advertise "free month's rent" or "no deposit required". We want to draw in clients who can afford our rent and who will take care of their place.
We are not talking about ultra-modern high-rises (we can't afford that) but we will be the nicest, cleanest, amenity-rich property in our area.
We want a logo for Dragonfly Properties that is young and bold -- far from the traditional ho-hum logos of most property management companies.
We definitely want a dragonfly to dominate the image, but nothing too insect-like. Abstract might be cool.
Bold and colorful, yes, but not cartoonish.
It must be compatible with a professional business but not stodgy or pretentious.
Properties or buildings may or may not be present (or implied in the abstract).
