Behavior Management Solutions

Behavior Management Solutions is a small regionally located company that provides on site professional development training courses for elementary, middle, and high school principals, teachers, therapists, and teaching assistants.

The training courses consist of presentations ranging anywhere from 1.0 to 3.0 hours or workshops that last anywhere from 1 to 3 days. The topics of the onsite trainings are mainly Crisis Prevention, Behavior Management and Physical Intervention (teaching how to physically restrain students should it be deemed necessary). Other onsite training topics may include 1. Verbal De-escalation and 2. Cooperative Communication.

In addition to providing on site training, the Behavior Management Solutions web site will also act as resource for people looking to get more information in regards to behavior management. The site will include the following: articles - links to relevant news stories - audio interviews - links to resources.

School administrators (decision makers), teachers, teaching assistants, human Services.

I am looking for a logo for people to identify the company by. I want a logo that I can use on a website (in a header image), as a favicon, on certificates that I give to workshop attendees, on business cards, and manuals that are handed out at the trainings.

If the name of the company is used in the design of the logo I would want it to be somewhat compact. What I mean is that if it is a “long” stretched out logo I feel it would limit the places and ways I could use it.

Colors I would like to see in the logo would include blues, gray, perhaps beige, black.
Colors I would not want to see in the logo would be reds, pinks, yellows etc...
Feel free to be creative.

Some of the core concepts that are taught in the courses is cooperation, common sense, patience, empathy, truthfulness, clarity in communication, and liability consciousness.
