Kantor Taylor is a small law firm, with a nation presence, specializing in real estate financial transactions involving tax credits and community development. The projects we are involved with are community based – community centers, museums, low income housing, hospitals, etc. Our practice causes us to interact with banks and lending institutions, government agencies, local government, non-profits, and developers.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The logo will be part of our rebranding effort and will be included on our website, business papers, marketing materials, and sponsorships (t-shirts, banners, programs). It needs to appeal to the organizations and people we interact with on a regular basis (see brief) and those we meet during conferences and presentations. Our logo is frequently positioned next to Bank of America, US Bank, Wells Fargo, Foster Pepper, Lane Powell, etc.
Many law firms have conservative and cookie cutter logos. We want to stand out from them, while not causing us to lose our target audiences’ respect for being “too out there.” We are looking for the following:
• A strong and simple logo
• Professional and appropriate for a law firm
• One primary color with black
• Presentable in black and white and color
