Objectives: To develop and design a likeable and attractive logo in keeping with the My Property Partner brand vision, objectives, and values and the ideals and needs of the target market.
Target Market: First home buyers and first time property investors aged approx 18-40.
Segmentation Strategy: Residential and commercial property, low to middle end of the market.
Communication: Website is primary channel, with advertising and PR in support.
Branding Cues: Trustworthy - Partnership/Social Networking
- Fun - Simplicity - Help/Empowerment. The design should be professional, modern and clean. It should display professionalism, expertise, trustworthiness, knowledge and experience.
Colours and Scheme - Colours that will imply trust, and vibrancy, but not too brazen or loud as this implies risk - blue or green (not too dark), gold, grey, on a white background.
Use of a House is the obvious choice- however this has been done to death in this industry. Nothing too rich that will take too long to load on web pages.
