Residential real estate group with a wide variety of service offerings. Our organization is built on experience, education, and integration of systems and technology.
We are a full service provider, our clients get the Nordstrom or Lexus level treatment, as opposed to JC Penney or Ford.
Customer interactions are based on a system of checklists, feedback reports, and proactive strategies resulting in "No Surprises" for our clients.
We differentiate ourselves through use of social media, community involvement, and overall experience and performance level.
We enjoy a work hard/play hard mentality.
As real estate is all encompassing in our lives, we understand the concept of delivering a “hi tech, hi touch” approach to the business. We enjoy what we do and it shows.
Our primary target is residential real estate clients in the Dulles Market Corridor of Northern Virginia. While we work with first time home buyers, move up buyers, empty nesters, distressed properties (both held by lending institutions as well as private owners), we anticipate our focus transitioning to the Echo-Boomer/Millennials and tech savvy Gen X clients.
We face competition from 10,000+ real estate agents/teams/companies in the Northern Virginia and surrounding real estate markets. Our real estate company will be positioned under the Keller Williams brokerage umbrella, but designed to spin off as a stand alone in the future. The long term goal of the company is to position a brand that can either be franchised to multiple locations or sold to a larger international real estate corporation.
Looking for logo to represent our company & is a combination of both an icon & company name ("Living Realty, LLC"), & includes our Tag Line: "Welcome Home". (Note: the “LLC” in name should be as inconspicuous as possible.)
Logo & symbol should represent warmth/hospitality with a modern feel. The logo/icon should give the feeling of "Welcome Home" even before the viewer reads the tagline.
Most important is the ability to convey warmth, community, family, energy, hospitality, and professionalism.
Absolutely wish to avoid the stodgy, dated, 2-dimensional feel of most real estate companies (Century 21, ERA, Prudential, and Remax).
Colors: red, black, and gold. Many marketing pieces will tie back to the parent company, Keller Williams, so the red should stay in the same family as the KW red (found at http://www.kw.com), but possibly more vivid.
Feel free to experiment with the icon. No stock images/clip art.
Logo will go on yard signs, business cards, marketing collateral, web site, letterhead, apparel, etc so will need to be designed to fit accordingly & resize easily. Special note: As the logo will be used on signs placed in the yards, it needs to be recognizable from a distance.
