Need a logo for my blog that will focus on Small Business Web Strategy (Though you couldn't tell that looking at it now :))

What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Have a look at my blog first and see the logo that is there. Design the new logo accordingly (size, colors, etc....feel free to experiment with fonts and colors a bit but kind of like the font that's there.)
Obviously don't want the ipod thats in the placeholder logo thats there. If anything, I'd like to see an idea or two using a pirate ship in the design (see my favicon).
含めて欲しいもの：
- Change "Fresh News Theme" to "Ryan Erisman's"
- Change "Another Premium News Wordpress Theme" to "Small Business Web Strategy"
- Obviously would need the logo in a couple formats, (jpg, tiff, and a transparent)
