"Bisa Property" needs a contemporary and fresh new face. We are a property developer and serviced apartment business traditionally entrenched in Apartment development but looking to also get into commercial etc. We want to portray a new modern face in the market that aspires to develop products that connect with todays work and home lifestyles. The company is moving into its second generation of management and wants this reflected in a fresh and stylish logo.
Tagline: Life Space Accepted File Formats: Jpeg, eps, psd ....not really sure The logo is to contain the words "Bisa Property". Style and font is left entirely to your own interpretation. UPDATE: Its been a bit unimaginative so far...so could the focus perhaps shift more to an eco or environmentally aware development feel...ie more in touch with the elements. ignore most of the following for design influences and use an open eco book! Our company is Canberra based in Australia but looking to expand operations further around the country. We sell property to both investors and home owners and as such would like a logo that reflects our attention to design and innovation as well as matching lifestyles to living space. It also has to be broad enough to encompass commercial and industrial development also with a design focus (small companies would buy from us looking for a distinctive identity). it should also be still tied loosely to a corporate feel as the company wants to keep the logo as it hopefully increases in scale towards the big end of the market. Bisa Property is also a holding company for our residential property assets that are used to run our serviced apartments business Would like to have a logo both with and without a tag line. The tag line you can use for now can be "Life Space" but should provide for a longer tag line if needed. Please feel free to come up with a better tag line. The logo will progress to stationary and then to web site. Preferably with the same winner but not limited to that. As you can see, there are some conflicting emotions...stylish, young, modern developer wanting to connect to lifestyle crowd, against corporate aspiring future, industrial and commercial developer, and established reputation. I'll leave it up to you.
