Black Hammer manufactures ornamental and functional ironwork for the Lawn & Garden Industry such as hanging baskets, trellises, brackets, and plant stands. We want to expand our business into household hardware, outdoor furniture, and garden tools (house numbers, e.g.).
The target market is tricky because most of our customers are women, 35+, and our brand name is very masculine/industrial.
It would help to understand a bit more of the competitive landscape. The competitors aren't really doing anything that well designed.
