Two Cats Timber grows Douglas-fir, Alder and Cedar trees for mature (long-term 40+ year) harvest. We seek to establish a trusting, long-term relationship with our community, State and Federal government partners, local Tribes and future buyers. The industry sector is Forestry.
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Greens: Growth, harmony and success.
Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
Fresh ideas wanted! Don't hesitate to submit new ideas!
27 July UPDATE: Designers, we have guaranteed the prize for this contest! Please submit your best designs to make sure you are part of the final round--lots of good designs have been submitted but we are still looking for a stand out design.
UPDATE: What type of cats are we looking for? First, cats don't have to be literal--you can put scratches or a paw print in the logo. If you do include Two Cats please look at the "Leopard Photography" logo to see what a sophisticated/edgy/tough cat is like. Thanks!
We are a husband and wife team (Two Cats) that own timberland in Western Washington State. We have both bobcats and cougars in our forest. We also have two amazing house cats that are secretly very wise small lions:-)--we should NOT have the house cats/kitty cats portrayed in the logo. They should be portrayed as tough wild cats or simply a scratch or paw print.
The logo should convey trust, strength, and reliability--and reflect the awesomeness of trees/timber. Cats can be literal or referenced in the logo. Our company is often abbreviated TCT. The most notable tree species is Douglas-fir--
Once harvested our trees become a variety of wood products. While growing our trees create a natural environment (a forest) that sequesters carbon, provides wildlife habitat, and shelters clean water sources (streams).
