I am middle age female who owns an upscale consignment store. I sell ladies, men's, children's clothing and accessories such as designer handbags, shoes and jewelry. I also sell china, crystal, home decor and collectibles. I love working with people. I don't want to be too snooty but i do want to stress that I am not a thrift store. I am very picky as to what I accept in my boutique for consignment, most of my consignment is very up to date fashion.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
My customers are shoppers and consignors. My shoppers are mostly women looking for affordable designer clothing. They consist of mothers, working women and young college girls who are looking for affordable designer clothing at a fraction of what they would pay retail. My consignors are mostly women who have lost weight or they are compulsive shoppers who bring me a lot of items still new with tags. So I'm looking for the women who clean out their closets and need to find a place to sell their clothing for them. I don't want to attract the garage sale or thrift shop customer. I don't have $1 to $2 items.. My boutique is very friendly and personable. Most of my customers are long time and devoted clients.
I would like a logo that stands out in color and boldness. I would like it to be chic. I would like the company name "Anne's Unique Boutique" and a fashion icon - a sketch of a high fashion woman with heels or boots, designer handbag and maybe jewelry. I like the Chanel look- very chic.
