WANTED: CLEAN, SLEEK, & MODERN LOGO

My husband and I run a small real estate investment business. We buy residential and commercial properties at the foreclosure auctions in Chicago, IL. We then sell them as-is, or we rehab them and flip them. We also keep properties long-term, rent them, and manage them ourselves.

People who are looking to buy a home for themselves or investors that are looking to invest in real estate. We also target people that are looking to rent apartments.

We're looking for a clean, simple, sleek, and unique logo. We don't want any of the typical or standard real estate symbols, such as homes or buildings. No big cartoon-like graphics (clip art). The logo will be used on our website, letterhead, and business cards.

The company name is: Corona Investments. We'd like to describe what kind of company we are by adding the words "real estate investments" as part of the logo (no necessarily in small caps).

Colors: We'd like to incorporate the color green (as in "money" green) somehow in the design of the logo. We don't want anything bright or colorful. The colors green, black, and grey come to mind, but we're open to something else.

Please see attached files for the font I like. It doesn't have to be this exact font, but it should be similar (elegant and classic). By the way, the key going through the letter "O" in the image is pretty nice and creative.
