Edgy cafe/ wine bar, big focus on fresh herbs including clipping fresh herbs at the table (hence the name), however also a play on words as the 4 of us involved are a bit of a wild bunch.
The 3 words we are using to describe our feel for all design & branding is EARTHY, BEAUTIFUL, STYLISH

Another ethos comes from a pitch an advertising agency once gave to Coca Cola, which was surmised as "any cu#t with a mouth", the area that we are opening is is VERY affluent with no other good food products in the immediate are. We therefore want to be "accessible" pitching to a lot of the soccer mums that will sit around and drink chardonnay all day but also the younger surfy crowd that is down the road. Demographic is realistically 22 - 65, male & female, once of our earthy concepts is to turn some Pallettes into lounges in our outdoor courtyard. We feel there should LIKELY be a HERB focus on the design to fit in with the Wild Bunch concept.
