We are a brand new upscale high energy restaurant featuring Sushi & Steak in the elite summer vacation area of New York known as the Hamptons. We attract both a High End Summer crowd and then a more low key year round clientele in the other 9 months of the year.

A dinner menu. I'd like it in a format that all of the text (menu items) are editable preferably in the Apple Pages program. This enables us to print them in house and make necessary changes on a weekly basis. I have attached a draft of the menu items - but there will be changes and additions necessary. I would like it to be 2 Pages that are each 8.5 x 11 inches - so they will fit into our menu holders. I have also attached a draft someone did that I liked as a suggestion and finally a finished menu from the restaurant Balthazar in NYC that I love (except for the pictures) We don't want pictures or photos in our menu. Symbols are ok. I will also try to give as much feedback as I can. Please do think UPSCALE. Not for a local pub or some little Chinese take out place. For another reference - our sister restaurant is named Southampton Social Club - located right around the corner.

Once a winning menu is chosen, we certainly will have many other things that need to be made and would love to have a graphic designer that we could work with. Specifics include: Wine List, Brunch and Lunch Menus, Private Party Menus, Prix Fixe Menus, Cocktail Menus, etc.
