Header banner and border for new website

The website will sell a guide to make money online so the banner should be professional and include luxury/money related pictures.

I'm starting a new websites called OnlineMillionaireGuide.com that will sell a comprehensive guide to making millions online.

I need a header banner for the top of the site. It should have a luxury/money theme with luxury items like an expensive car, house, vacation resort, yacht, dollar bills, dollar sings, rich people or combination of some of them. It's not limited to ones I'm listed, it could include any other related item that you can think of.

The banner should look professional, credible and fun. The color theme should be professional, maybe blue or purple, but could be any other color you think fits. Rounded corners can be nice but aren't a must.

The banner should have the site name "Online Millionaire Guide" in a creative way.

I also need a border to be around the page. It should have the same color scheme as the banner and be creative and unique. It should be around 25px wide and 150px long (I will connect the pieces to cover the whole page). The border should have a white shadow 5px wide that will make it stand out from the background of the page (like at http://www.multimillionaireslife.com and http://www.automatedmillions.com). With the shadow the border should be 30x150px. The banner's top and sides should be covered by the border. I also need the 2 bottom corners (left and right) and a horizontal version for the bottom of the page (the top corners and border should be on the banner).

I want the files in JPG format, and also the original files you've created them with (like psd).
