We buy and sell manufactured homes (mobile homes). The target audience are the people that we are trying to purchase the homes from who are selling their homes themselves.

We want to send out postcards to owners of these manufactured homes to let them know that we will buy their home if they want to sell. The postcard should be simple and down to earth.

Lots of people in this business are thought of as sleezy or trying to take advantage. We want to portray the opposite of that and let people know that we are fair, fast and friendly. I have attached out company's logo. Some other general thoughts: 1 - keep it simple - we do not want a lot of words. Ultimately, we want them to know that we would like to buy their manufactured home and that we are easy to work with. "Selling your manufactured home? For a fair, fast and friendly deal, call Jenny!" or "For a juicy deal, call Jenny from Juicy Homes!" 2 - Please make sure that both sides of the postcard make it obvious that we want to buy their manufactured home 3 - We want to do a 6.25 x 11 landscape - I have attached a template 4 - We should use a picture of a manufactured home (stock image) to let them know what we want to buy. Also, a picture of a slightly overweight family (implying that the lady in the picture is the Jenny referenced above) 5 - think of a clever call to action. examples could be: "Call today for your Juicy deal" or "Call Jenny Today - (XXX) XXX - XXXX"
