Memory Lane Inn
We are a husband and wife who own and operate two retreats in Texas. We really try to differentiate ourselves from other similar places in our area by being a high end craft retreat. We do this by having clean, polished Inns, higher quality amenities, and better food options (our private chef, for example). I'd like to see this feeling reflected in the redesign of these cards.
We are similar to a B&B but cater to females who scrapbook and other such crafts. Our reservations are made by a group, who basically consist of friends and/or family members, that are looking to get away for a weekend and to work on their craft projects.
Our target audience is a 20-50 year old female with creative abilities.
Include this information somewhere on the card:

We are looking for a standard 4"x9" double sided rack card to advertise our two Inns. These rack cards will be placed at local craft stores, handed out at conventions, and left out at our Inns.
The rack card should include both our locations (see http://www.memorylaneinn.com for details). I would like to see a regal/upscale feel with a vintage look. I'm thinking chandeliers, wallpaper, etc. Maybe this page from our web site will help:
The rack card should incorporate our logo & tag line. It should incorporate all the attached photos, our amenities (listed under 'Target Audience'), and our contact information (listed under 'Target Audience'). The exterior photos of each Inn should denote it's location (by overlaying the text 'McKinney' and 'Tyler' for example).
Deliverable should be in .ai & .pdf format. Work should be at 300dpi and prepared at the full bleed size.
Attached is our current rack card for our Inn located in McKinney, TX. This new design will incorporate both our McKinney and Tyler Inns. I don't want it to look like our existing card, I'm just including it for reference.
