Hotel and restaurant operators.

We need some help from creative designers! I have attached a six page document that outlines the content that we would like communicated, but we need this transformed into a visually stunning presentation that includes graphics and dynamic visuals, while still communicating the information we included. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A BROCHURE DESIGN THAT JUST CREATES A BACKGROUND FOR THE TEXT. Rather, we want the text to be reconfigured and utilized in a creative way. In some cases, designers should feel free to eliminate text and replace it with graphics that achieves the same goal.

In addition to the pages necessary to communicate the text that is included, there needs to be a cover page that has a light background area in one part of the page so we can customize with specific information, as necessary. (See attached sample)

Attachments Explanation:
"Brochure" is the text we need turned into a brochure
"INSUPPLY BROCH" is a two page collateral piece from a competitor.
"Coverpage" is a sample brochure cover page. WE DO NOT WANT TO DUPLICATE THE DESIGN, THOUGH.
"Website Homepage" This is the new homepage that we are about to launch. THERE IS A LOT OF CONTENT HERE YOU MIGHT FIND HELPFUL.
