Switch Automation is a cloud based platform for Green Buildings and homes. We focus strongly on energy management - monitoring energy use and then being able to do something about it. We also do really cool things like stream music or video around your house. We have two markets - home owners and the people that are designing and building really amazing green buildings.
We have some existing print collateral that cannot be changed - logo, business cards, see attached. Our business card works really well, the corners are cut off and the little turn over is embossed. I dont want to change these as they get a lot of attention when you hand them out. Everyone tries to uncurl the corner.
We have some existing print collateral that could stay or go - up to you - I have attached some samples, a spec sheet, a case study, and a folder that we put our brochures into.
We are launching a totally new product in May 2011. We used to have a hardware / software business model but from next month we will be a totally new model - cloud platform. the main difference that the users will notice is a all new user interface. This has been developed in Silverlight and Ipad but will be totally cross platform.
We are not a cheap product and our market can be home owner or corporate so the print collateral, branding and image needs to fit both these markets.
It would be worth you reviewing the other project I have put up - to design the stand for CEDIA - see....https://99designs.com/print-design/contests/print-design-trade-show-stand-backdrops-brochures-72663
so what I am looking for is a style guide for our print material. We are definitely targeting the Green/sustainability market so our print collateral should reflect this environmentally friendly value. I have attached a scan of a brochure from one of the trade shows that I like the look of - see zip file called vipac.zip
Ultimately we want to come up with
1. Style guide
2. 10-12 page company brochure
3. an A4 double sided brochure that promotes one of our products
4. a spec sheet layout
5. a case study layout
6. a folder to put it all into
8 anything else you think would be useful - postcards etc
