MAX10 Bodyshaping is a structured 10 week program that combines kick boxing and other martial arts with the latest fast passed exercises using resistance bands, medicine balls and steppers to create the ultimate toning and weight loss program. MAX10 is the complete package and includes the MAX10 nutrition education and other weight loss and toning guidance in the MAX10 Bodyshaping Manual. Other materials include the MAX10 Nutrition Tracking Journal, boxing gloves and wraps. The class uses free standing punching bags for the kickboxing. Our training uses plyometrics and muscle confusion. We also have a very expansive nutrition program that includes product demonstrations. We train members five days a week for one hour. We take before pictures to show transformation, then we check progress at week 1, 5, and 10. There is an instructor and experienced members who coach teams of about 5-6 per team 36 people per class. They work out and support each other. There is both techno and rock played during classes.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our target audience is professional men, women, and their spouses who join recreation centers, gyms and participate in other weight loss programs. Target age is 24 to early 40 in age. This group needs structure to work out but enjoys being part of the cutting edge. They are not afraid to commit money to a program but want to see fast results. They live in suburban neighborhoods and mostly work white color jobs. Some have children or are just married or are professional adults. They have been through local gyms and are now choosing between our program and the other latest programs like P90X, and Less Mills. Most are very excited about the kickboxing element. Table Topper Requirements:
Two sided design for print on an 8 ½ by 11 card stock that will be folded in half to form the table topper.
Poster should be designed in 22 x28 inches. All work must be original and you must provide the documents for our editing in adobe.
Include the logo, and girl attached on each document.
