My contest was to design a book cover. Her design will stand out in thumbnail. The main thing is that it speaks to my target audience--tenants.
There was really nothing that went wrong with this project. She was very responsive to feed back. I feel that she really listened and understood what I wanted.

And, I've never done this before, (hire a designer) but there is a section to send private feedback to the designer on how she can improve----communication, attitude, skills, creativity, attention to details......I have no suggestions for improvement. She is creative and easy to work with.
