Get a designer to design, and another one to pick a design for you. Many naive up going for another swash / drop shadow / bubble / no face cliche work. Eventually you may find a good designer in crowd sourcing sites, if you are lucky enough for them to choose your contest to experiment (would not be just for this little money you want to spend). Don't miss them out in such a huge crowd.
