I was initially impressed with Two Hands for their prompt service and openness to feedback, which would have easily earned them a five-star rating. However, during the handover stage, we encountered some communication issues, possibly due to a language barrier. As a first-time user of this platform, my expectations were not fully aligned with the process. Fortunately, 99designs stepped in promptly and helped resolve the misunderstanding effectively.
