The design is creative and they offered several variations of it at first. We worked together to refine it for my specific needs. They reacted quickly to my changes. One of the things they could improve upon is picking up on the direction of changes being requested and turning those into more creative options for the customer. For example, if the change is font weight related, offer a proof sheet of different weights rather than making a single change. Same goes for color changes, line widths, character spacing and scaling etc. This will make the process go faster as it's easier to visualize differences between changes. I will work them again for sure.
