Visually communicating what your thinking is not only is not only the profession that I have chosen to specialize in, but honestly, to me it's a BLAST. Using a bunch of colors, shapes and words to develop new creations for you is more like my passion instead of just work. I work with photoshop, illustrator, dreamweavor, and flash Adobe CS3.
