The request was to create an advertising page to promote the real estate company in an high-end and beach town.

The design is as simple and appealing as possible, through a single eye-catching image at full-page in order to attract readers and instantly explains what it’s talking about and contestualize the target and the place. Together with few graphic elements, sans serif texts and a clean and precise reading order.
