We are a fast paced restaurant specializing in New Orleans fare. Our signatures are Beignets and over stuffed Po-Boy sandwiches. we offer a rustic yet lively atmosphere filled with music and art.
We do not want to be associated with any touristy Bourbon street cliches (mardi gras beads, masks etc). We are looking for a design that is suitable for the front of our business and that can also be applied towards other marketing options. The restaurant is in an old 1860's farm house and the sign will be mounted on the roof over the porch so a longer narrower rather than tall and wide would be preferred. I envision something rustic yet classy that will allow me a range of fabrication material options. Though most states use the word "county" to describe land boundaries, Louisiana uses the word "Parish". this is based on its historical French rule. It is indicative of Louisiana and New Orleans. The real New Orleans!
