we have salons and spas throught tarrant county, offering related services and products
we need a sign for a new building. not an icon or log, just a sign. we intend to have the letters made from stainless steel with reverse LED lighting.(see examples posted) the words in our name are the sign, there are no other graphics.
Salon and Spa Galleria.com
the word com is likely smaller. the word "and" wouldnt have to be spelled out, but since our web domain uses it, it's likey best to use it like that.
there is a tag line; "Salon Suites". THis tag line would be immediatly below the nae, and soemwhat smaller.
The web site for the business is http://www.salonandspagalleria.com
we will likely use blue lighting on rear. we are flexible on fonts, and caps or not. the size of the sign, which is driven by city ordinance, cannot exceed 220sf. The end of the building where this sign woudl be is about 24' tall, and 50' wide. the sign would be high up on that end wall. the dimensions or perimeter for the sign can be whatever you like, but the total sf can not exceed 220 square feet. I have attached the end wall elevation where the sign woudl be. please email if you haev questions.
this sign will be very large, so it can be seen from several hundred feet.
please provide the dimensions for your letters, i.e., the Capital S in Salonis "xx" tall, etc etc for the other letters, and think through the size ofthe proposed sign. we believe that at least 24" to 30" tall letters arerequired to be seen from the freeway (approx. 150-200'), at least for themain words in the sign. not all the letters have to be that big. you willneed to think through the size of your proposal, and the aspect ration, tonot exceed the allowable space per the building code.
