Bus T-shirt Design

EDIT: I have edited the original brief and extended the contest. The original brief was perhaps too restrictive in terms of creative freedom, especially with the colour choices and wanting a realistic illustration of the vehicle. Happy for colours to be added if it will make the design look better (see notes about that below). Also the design can be more rough rather than an exact copy of the photos. It would also be nice if at first glance you don’t know it’s a police bus but at closer look you can see it. ............ Brand and business - we create content about travel, vanlife and van DIY in Japan. We have just finished a huge 1 year bus conversion project and will now start traveling in the bus in Japan. This t-shirt will be launched at the same time we start the trip. Target audience - Both men and women in Japan between ages of 30-75 who enjoy travel, vanlife and outdoor adventure. 85% of the customers are likely to be male. Values to communicate with design - I want the customer to think "wow" and feel really excited when they see the design. It should be so awesome that they think "I must get one of those t-shirts!" Stylistic preferences It would also be nice if at first glance you don’t know it’s a police bus but at closer look you can see it. Some people might be shy to wear a t-shirt with an obvious police bus. The print will be used on either the front or back of the T-shirt (I haven't decided yet). Maximum print size is B4 36cm×25cm but it can be smaller than this. Colors - it would be nice to use the police bus colours (blue and white) but also other colours too if it enhances the design. Please note, the more colours used, the more expensive printing for me becomes. Notes from the printing factory: 1. The printing company says color chips (DIC / PANTONE) can be specified. 2. Design the line with a thickness of 0.4 mm or more . (Thin lines may cause fading or print omission.) Design with a space of 1 mm or more 
between the lines . (The space between the lines may be crushed and buried. It may be crushed.) The bus name is "Sunny San" as this is how the number plate reads. It can be inside the design or below the design. Perhaps as the number plate. Not too big.

I don't want to use any stereotypical Japan images like rising sun or temples. This tshirt will be for Japanese customers.
