Simple/Easy t-shirt design for 50th Birthday Party

This is a personal desgin needed, not for a corp.

Overview: It’s my G/F Dads (Steve) big 50th birthday party in Jan and I want to create a few T-shirts for him, and use the same image for the invitation’s. I have attached an image for a fifty dollar bill (he collects notes) and a few pictures of Steve (steve1/2) – they are not very clear but I will try and add more later, he’s not a fan of pictures being taken of him. Outline: see the image attached called “Example” for a guide. - I want the face in the middle of the $ bill changed to an illustrated picture of Steve’s face – the style of the current face is good so would like the illustration of Steve to be in the same style. - Change the copy “fifty dollars” at the bottom of the note to “Fifty Years Old” - It’s not so clear in the images attached but Steve has a Mohawk type hair style its kind of his signature .. short hair on the sides and a high middle, I have attached a few examples of how his hair looks (example_hair1/2) I would like this reflected in the illustration on the note. This will be printed on T-Shirts so keep that in mind when designing it. Thank so much for your time!
