Small development company established in 2003. We offer quality site scripts and personal service to our customers. We've got the coding side covered but when it comes to design, we lack de skillz.

We like simple layouts that are content oriented, subtle shading with "Web 2.0" looks, glassy icons and long walks on the beach on moonlit nights.

Our target audience will range from web-savvy people who have completed a few sites and want to build more to advanced developers purchasing our product to offer their customers.

We are looking for a template that will be the default template that comes with our product. So we are thinking something that is simple and clean.

Here are a few suggestions:

- Room for banner advertising.
- Prominent search form.
- Place a listing is the desired goal.
- Need room for "welcome text". Example: "Welcome guest, Login | Register" and/or "Welcome username, Account | Logout"

Because the script itself can be used for anything from cars, horses, jobs, houses, etc it needs to be generic enough to suit pretty much any site. But also look nice and professional.
