Coupons Web Site Design Needed

Recently we had a logo created for a new coupon site, CouponsForStuff.com. After the logo design, we determined that we needed an entire web site design made. We need a homepage created overall. Designers must be able to be payed through paypal.

What we need is a one-page web design: a homepage. We are looking for a design that has a very web 2.0 or contemporary look. We are looking for contemporary images, prints, fonts, etc. We have determined approximately what we would like the layout to look like. The homepage needs to have a layout out like this: http://www.couponsforstuff.com/home.png. We have a logo created already with a variation of colors. It can be viewed at: http://www.couponsforstuff.com/logo-green.png http://www.couponsforstuff.com/logo-purp.png. Feel free to create with either one of the color variations that you feel inspires you the most. We want designers to be completely creative and show off their unique and talented abilities. The typical audience for this site will be women ages 20-45. It needs to incorporate an artsy header with lots of color. The background should not be white. The inside of the box can be white be they boxes should pop out of the design.
