Design a Tron-style modern dark-theme website with led lights about Japan

I'm a travel and sport events photographer based in Tokyo about to launch a new travel experience website about Japan. Target audience: - Young active travelers aged 18~35 - Men/women ratio 50/50 - People that love travel photography and Japan - People planning a trip to Japan - People that love reading blogs - People that want to buy Japan-style fashion items What the website does: The target audience should be able to feel like they landed in Japan as soon as they enter the website. If it's their first visit, they can quickly scroll to the About me section, and then they should be led to open the latest blog post and learn more about Japan. Please refer to the Tales of Ceylon website below to get a good idea of the sections concept.

I'd like to use a dark-theme style with vibrant colors like: http://trydo.rainbowit.net/dark-portfolio-landing to create a website like this focused on Japan: https://www.talesofceylon.com/ For the background, please make sure to follow Google's dark-theme material design rules (background #121212, etc.) Please give it an orange led lights vibe, Tron-style (https://img4.goodfon.com/original/1280x720/6/4c/rinzler-hasun-khan-rinzler-art-svetotsikl-baik-tron-nasledie.jpg), as if we would be walking in Tokyo streets at night.

All the sections you find in the website below, turned into dark mode with fluorescent orange led lights vibe and changed to Japan instead of Sri Lanka. https://www.talesofceylon.com/ Also, the "Tales of Ceylon" section should be replaced with an "About me" section. Please also add a Contact Me and Google Maps section at the bottom.

No white section, all sections should be dark with vibrant orange accent colors.

For images of Japan, please use either my Instagram account @paologianti or cool images of Japan you can find on Pixabay. Please follow Google's dark-theme rules you find at this link: https://material.io/design/color/dark-theme.html For call-to-action buttons please use fluorescent orange to make sure every button stands out clearly. Please try making each section fit in one screen, and from the finalists I would also like to receive desktop and mobile samples.
