DVD rental company - simple Web design

In the past I've successfully held 2 contests. I work well with designers as I know the process and give good feedbacks.

I used to be a Web and graphic designer but that was way back then so I need some good help for this creative design!

I understand that there may not be a lot of cash on offer. I blame it on the AUD/USD exchange rate!

But at the same time I could be the best client you have worked with because I know what I want and defined it to the detail. :-)

The 2nd page is not much different and the only changes are adding the side toolbar and content fonts.

Additionally, I don't mind writing a referral/recommendation letter with my company letterhead attached if that helps the designers here boost their portfolio.
