FPC (F-O-R-T-U-N-E Personnel Consultants)
http://www.fpcnational.com needs a new professional, energetic, savvy homepage and secondary website page that conveys to potential clients and candidates that we are a respected member of the industry, have a proven track record, and are experienced without being stodgy and old-school (but careful not to portray too young of an image) FPC is an executive recruiting firm founded in 1959 so it has a long history in the industry.
Visitors to the site should easily be able to figure out: who we are, what we do, why we are different/successful and why should candidates and clients work with us.
Image portrayed should be: professional, integrity, technologically advanced, industry experts, energy and motion.
We want a web 2.0 kind of look and feel.
• Potential clients who come to the site to check us out for credibility after a call who want to know that we are a firm that has been around for a while, has a good reputation and is going to be the right partner for their hiring process.
o hiring managers and HR professionals across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, aerospace, engineering, accounting & finance, etc.
• Potential candidates who are seeking a new position and want to work with a firm that is credible, will treat them and their career with respect and discretion in their search.
o mid-senior level management professionals
Color: Variations of Blues with green accent color. White background-some parts can have background color. Menu Bar should be at the top
Top Level Nav will be: Home, Find a recruiter, Find a Job,
Find an Employee, About FPC, Become A Recruiter, Become an FPC Owner, Career Tips
Space set aside for the secondary nav to appear. Use "About FPC"’s current secondary nav to show how the secondary nav items would look.
On the homepage should be a job search box – search by “Industry”, “Job Function” or “keyword”
Homepage should segment into EMPLOYERS and CANDIDATES so they can click into their section.
Icons for LinkedIn, facebook and twitter and maybe a space for a twitter feed and a link to RSS feed for Job Listings.
Use Royalty Free images that reflect diversity - we can supply later, use placeholders.
