Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Crowdsourced scheduling - sharing workflows, workouts, itineraries, project plans - with members. The free version allows unlimited usage of the site with the condition that your plans are shared with the community. The paid version allows users to make their plans or workflows private. But want the "inviting" sense of fun/coolness of Foursquare, Groupon, etc. I'm writing the app in Rails 3/jQuery - which I can handle, but I'm obviously challenge with the UI/UX. I want something that really engages people. The goal of this project is to take the pain out of scheduling/workflow and provide it to the masses. At the same time, I am also offering Appointment/Event features. The Unique Value Proposition is the ability to "share" workflows, schedules, itineraries, plans with others.
The site should embrace the "Doing less" philosophy of 37Signals.

I'm really looking for a tight look. I am targeting two types of users:
1. Web application developers who just want to use the API to manage all their workflows.
2. People who will use the site to manage their calendars and use all the project planning tools.
