We are a young on-line flight ticket sales website in the Netherlands.
Through our website http://www.budgetair.nl our customers can make online bookings for flight tickets, hotel nights and car rentals and finalize the booking safely and secured.
Keeping up with the current ‘mobile’ wave we want to offer our customers also a light mobile version of our website with the same flight booking functionalities, only stripped down. The customer must be able to make a reservation for a flight booking via the mobile site and finalize and pay this reservation on a later moment
The majority of people who book through our website are within the range of 18-50 years of age.
Male – Female division is 50/50. We are operating in a very competitive market, so look and feel and usability are very important to us.
For this contest we want you to create an optimised design for enclosed 4 flow pages. The booking flow will not change, but we want you to restyle the pages so that:
-The website can be used on new generation smart phones such as; Iphone, Blackberry, Samsung Galaxy, HTC.
-The site becomes as simple and clear as possible.
-The style will be in line with the website (http://www.budgetair.nl)
-The fixed sized logo is placed in the header and used on all pages
-The header part with attractive buttons becomes very user friendly, clear and visible on each page.
-The full width of the mobile screen may be used, horizontal scrolling is not allowed
-Vertical scrolling is allowed, but without scrollbar
-Mouse-overs are not allowed

-page 1 Home: max. width can be used, try to be as compact as possible, but still attractive to enter details by customer. Client will enter search criteria to find a flight.
-page 2 matrix: after submiting the search the customer sees the matrix, where he must click on a price to see more flight details. Depending on the number of airlines more result can be shown
-page 3 results: customer arrives at result page with more results. Challenge here to get the message clear to client that per result the price + flight times + select button belong together. (the price may be repositioned)
Depending on the number of flights per airline more lines can be shown
-page 4 select: after selecting a flight clients arrives in page 4 with all details of his flight.
After this an email page will be shown where client fills in his email address and an email is send. Client can finish the booking in a later stage
