This site allows users to interact with each other and via thier outlook calendars. Delegates show that they are going to the event, organisers can interact with those delegates and suppliers can interact with exhibitiors.
Exhibition delegates, Event organisers, suppliers to the event industry and anyone who exibits at those events.
Social aspects - people can see if thier colleagues are members of the site, and who is going to the events (both exhibitors and delegates). It needs to be young enough to appeal to the new generation of social website users and corproate enough to appeal to businesses that will also use the site.
We would like you to design a homepage for our site. This site needs to be appealing to the four main target audiences (delegates/event organisers/exhibitors/suppliers).
The homepage needs to have a fresh young active social appeal. It needs to look as if it is the authority on all events/conferences seminars worldwide.
It needs to incorporate interactive media. It needs to be the cutting edge of social media (twitter/facebook/linked in).

The page needs to incorporate a search box functionallity which moves up and down the page as the user scrolls. (please reference Easyjet.co.uk website). This search box (which is really a three stage process) asks the user the following questions:-
Who are you? - Event Organiser, Event Exhibitor, Delegate or Supplier/Advertiser, What industry do you work in? and What region are you interested in? (various option state/country). the site will automatically recognise an IP and therefore have country pre-selected for region and the option to change it.
The page should be clean, modern, forefront of design. Colour scheme is green black and white.
