We just need a PSD for a single page.

2 star and below - not really what I'm looking for.
3 star - getting closer but need revisions or a different take on your design
4 star - design is being considered
5 star - I really like the design and will make the final selections from these

We're totally redoing our site at http://www.mypropertyoffer.com (don't laugh at how bad this site is!).

The new site will only have 6 pages:
- Home (same text content as http://www.mypropertyoffer.com)
- Instant Cash Offer
- What We Do
- Common Questions
- Testimonials
- Contact UsAt the bottom of every page should be a "Get YOUR Instant Cash Offer..." form that asks for:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip
- Phone
- EmailThis form should really POP (stand out) & have a button that says "Claim My Cash Offer Now".

+++ IMPORTANT +++
Please keep this in mind.. we have a back-endcontent management system (CMS) & we need to be able to switchcolor schemes for the site on the fly.

For example, in the endwe'd like to be able to switch from a "red" theme to a "blue" theme bysimply clicking "blue" in our CMS. 

This will make some simple CSS changes (to the background color, etc) & *voila* .. new look to the site.

We'll have 8 different color schemes. You only need to design one, but please keep our end vision in mind.

Thedeliverable is just a PSD for a single page.. the home page.  This will be used as a template for the rest of the pages.
