Webpage design - photo montage - "Pontiac Remembered"

Combine photos, illustrations and logos from classic Pontiac cars to create a single complete web page or banner design for a web page where people will enter remembered stories from their past about the legendary Pontiac car. "Pontiac Remembered" - "Share Your Stories From The Legendary Automobile"

On this web page, we want people to enter their remembered stories from Pontiac cars of their youth. 

There will be data fields on the page to enter their story (large data entry field) as well as upload a few pictures and enter their name and email address (smaller data entry fields). 

The graphic we need you to create for this page will evoke the 80 year essence of this great car brand in a photo montage or other graphic.  A selection of the photos and graphics we want you to use are here: http://budurl.com/pontiacphotos

- A banner or web page no wider than 780 pixels
- If a complete page design, no higher than 500 pixels
- You may elect to submit a traditional banner incorporating the elements, with the rest of the page blank for the data entry fields, etc., or you may submit a complete page design that goes beyond just a banner.
- Photo montage including some or most of the pictures, logos and illustrations found at this page: http://budurl.com/pontiacphotos
- One approach would be to create a photo montage blending several of the car photos, illustrations and logos.  Another approach might be a scrap-book type look.  There are many approaches possible...this is up to you and your artistic vision.
- Design must prominently include both the page title/headline: "Pontiac Remembered" as well as the tagline/sub-headline: "Share Your Stories From The Legendary Automobile" 
- There will also be a short two sentence text instructions on what to do to fill out the form fields on the page...you can just use some dummy text for this in your design for now.
- Final deliverable should be an organized, layered Photoshop file plus any required fonts delivered separately.  Please make sure everything is carefully layered so it may be modified if necessary in the future.
- MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Your design should make me WANT to fill in and submit my Pontiac story by reminding me of all my wonderful Pontiac memories!

- Art or banner cannot be wider than 780 pixels or higher than 500 pixels.
- No menu bar or navigation structure needed,
