This website is designed specifically for "gun trusts," a U.S. legal concept that allows for the owners of weapons to safely, legally, and responsibly own and transfer their weapons from one generation to the next. The target audience is weapon owners who want to make sure that their weapons: a) are passed from generation to generation in a responsible manner; b) are never used or handled by unlawful persons (such as convicted felons or persons who have been convicted of domestic violence); and c) are transferred to beneficiaries only when they have reached a proper age and do not have mental health issues.
We are not looking for a standard design theme (header, sidebar, footer, etc.) and, instead, are looking for an original design that will really stand out from the crowd. Again, please refer to http://www.trilg.com to see the level of originality that we seek.
Also, there are more than a few gun trust websites out there (such as http://www.arsenalattorneys.com) and they all seem to be very "in-your-face," and aggressive. We are not fear mongers and we do not wish to scare our clients into taking action. In contrast, we are looking for understated and elegant. Simple is much better than cluttered.
Having said that, it would not be unusual to have weapons in your design. To be clear, even though it would not be unusual, it is not necessarily required.
The home screen should have buttons/links to: "Home," "Trilogy Law Group," "Blog," "Gun Trusts," "About Us," "FAQs," and "Contact," but not necessarily in that order.
The second page that you design will be a design theme that we intend to use throughout the sub pages of the website. The content of the sub pages will, by necessity, mostly contain text and photographs.
