I always give 2-3 options for brochures with different layout. That way I present what options are and in which direction design can go.
Prices may vary on number of pages and nature of design.

Or any other file type that client needs.

If client have preferences or specific wish in which software designs should be done, they should mention in brief or in communication with designer.
