At the start of the project, you’ll provide a simple brief outlining the story and key details for the illustration. The more details I have, the easier it will be to translate your vision into a meaningful image. If needed, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to better understand the style, mood, and message you want to convey.
Good communication is essential. I’ll keep you involved at every step, making sure the illustration develops in line with your expectations and creative vision.

𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒

🟦 I retain the right to reproduce, publish, and display the deliverables in my portfolio, website, or other platforms for creative recognition or professional advancement, and to be credited for authorship of the designs.
🟦 If you prefer your project to remain fully confidential, an additional privacy fee (20% of the service price) applies. Private projects won’t be showcased publicly, ensuring confidentiality.
🟦 If a project is canceled for reasons other than failure on my part to fulfill terms, no refunds will be issued and no usage rights will be transferred.
🟦 The maximum duration for a project is 45 days from the date payment is secured.

🔷 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬: You’ll receive two drafts to choose from and refine.
🔷 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬: Up to 5 major and 15 minor revisions during the sketching phase.
🔷 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞: I’ll keep you updated during the coloring process to ensure the final look matches your vision.
🔷 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: On request, I can provide a time-lapse showing the entire creative process, from sketch to final artwork—demonstrating both authenticity and attention to detail.

🔷 High-resolution raster files in both CMYK (for print) and RGB (for digital use).
🔷 Files adjusted to the exact size and resolution you need.
🔷 Layered Files: If requested, I’ll deliver separate layers, making it easy to modify or adapt the illustration later.
🔷 All files will be neatly organized for easy handling and future use.
