The name MÆRKBAR is Danish and can be translated as something that "can be clearly felt", "is significant" and "substantial". We play at the same time with BAR being part of the word which is referencing to it being a wine & coffee ... The bar has a unique location is this new and fashionable part of Copenhagen in a newly established high rise (by Danish standards :) ) on the bank of the inner ..., where the bar sits at ground level with outdoor ... The building is characterised by having integrated plants on it's balconies that will give it a "hanging gardens" ... Have attached a couple of photos showing the location with the bar in the red ...
