It would be " Fachärztin für Allgemeinmedizin, Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie" The logo does not have to have a direct connection to the work I do, but could be linked to the landscape where I live or the fact, that I treat the whole family ("Niederrhein, in the city Rees-Haldern").
