the relevant design vision to make the themes appealing to the European audience. Itexus UI/UX team is known for creating eye-catching and consistent designs, so the client had no doubt that they would trust
us with the project. Thus, we were requested to design 10 unique themes for WooCommerce within two and a half months. Themes are intended for online stores all over the world. Our goal was
to design clear and catchy themes that would be relevant and understandable to people across the globe, without regard to cultural differences.")

In this case study, we focus on the design aspects of the project and reveal how our Design Team’s expertise helped to reconcile conflicting requirements and create an effective user-centered design. In 4 month, the team delivered the first working version of the app that met client’s requirements, budget, and timeline. It allowed our client to launch user testing timely and encouraged the start of further marketing activities required by the client at this stage.
Currently, the Itexus team is working on the second version of the health emergency app with extra features and adapting app for various gadgets.")

When it comes to crafting solutions for TeleMedicine and especially for people with mental health issues, it is crucial to clearly undestand users’ real needs and pain points. That is why we decided to employ User-Centered Design approach.As a result, we have delivered needed MVP features, and continue supporting the Development team on the app design features and components implementation. The Client provided our designers with the product metrics to track, and the Design Team continues collaboration with the Client on the product update and advanced features functionality.
At the moment, the product is being improved and fine-tuned, and our Design Team still helps work on the advanced feature details and supports the Product Owner and Visionaire on the Clien’s side.")

Our Client wanted to make sure the design we had created would meet all user’s needs, so they conducted usability testing with target audience representatives to see how they would interact with the prototype. The research revealed that our specialists had picked the right UX and UI directions so the Client was fully satisfied with the results of our Design Teams’ expertise.")
